Avocado Tartine

A tartine: the open sandwich is almost too pretty to eat which has colorful layers. It is perfect for a light meal also, you can put anything that you want. It doesn’t request any fancy skill; just topping with any ingredients that you have! Bon appetite!!

 

|Ingredients|

· 2ea Avocado
· 10-12ea Shrimp 
· 5-6pcs Romaine
· 5ea Cherry tomato 
· 4slices Multigrain bread
· 1tbsp sherry vinegar or balsamic vinegar 
· 2g Thyme
· Black pepper
· Salt
· Olive oil

Directions

1.
Prepare all ingredients. 

2.
Slice the multigrain bread and toast until golden brown. 



3.
Marinate shrimps with pepper, thyme, salt and olive oil. 

4.
In a hot pan, sear the shrimps.

Mash avocado and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and vinegar.

Layer with romaine, cherry tomato, avocado mixture, and shrimp. 

7.
Finally, drizzle with balsamic cream if desired.
